This is going to be short and sweet because I'm in holiday overdrive mode/ I'm now 30weeks pregnant and always exhausted mode. These tuiles are absolutely beautiful and not nearly as fussy as I had anticipated them being! I might have over baked them just a smidge (7 minutes at 400 degrees) but I also had no problems with them being floppy or chewy so I'm not quite sure...
