This will be a quick post because I'm starting to get sooo tired... I'm scheduled for a repeat c-section exactly four weeks from today! Honestly, I'm still hoping a little bit for a VBAC if I happen to go into labor on my own before July 14, but I'm trying to keep an open mind so that I don't feel too sad if do end up with another c-section! Anyway, onto the ice cream. This week's Tuesdays with Dorie was chosen by Tommi of Brown Interior. I'm sad to say that I didn't really like this ice cream. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. I thought it didn't really taste much like peaches and the honey just gave it an odd after-taste. I will say that the texture was fabulous- so smooth and creamy! Many of the TWD bakers did seem to enjoy the flavor combo though- so don't let my personal tastes dissuade you if it sounds good to you!

It looks absolutely beautiful! I'll keep my fingers crossed & pray for the VBAC, but however it goes, may it all turn out as smooth as your ice cream did. :)
